How Mashud School of Motoring uses your information

Last updated: 2026. This notice explains what is collected through this website and why.

Who is responsible

Mashud Ahmad, trading as Mashud School of Motoring, Limerick City. Contact: mashudschoolofmotoring@gmail.com or 085 263 6921.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional email, your gearbox and package choice and your message. We use it only to reply to you and arrange lessons. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps you ask us to take before booking. Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.

To limit spam we store a one-way scrambled code derived from your connection, never your IP address itself.

Pass wall photos

A learner's photo and first name are published only with that learner's agreement. You can ask for your photo to be removed at any time and it will be taken down promptly.

Who else handles data

The site is hosted on Vercel, data is stored in MongoDB Atlas, photos are stored by Cloudinary and enquiry notification emails are sent through Resend. They process data only on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by contacting us using the details above. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
